CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 15% cancellation fee based on the total service amount. An invoice for the cancellation fee will be sent to the client. If the invoice is not paid, any future appointment bookings will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling. Repeated late cancellations, unpaid invoices, or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings and possible permanent removal from our client list. This policy allows us to respect the time of our clients and provide availability to others. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
